Who operates the platform

AaradhyaHub is operated by AaradhyaHub (Proprietor: Gaurav Kandpal), a sole proprietorship registered at Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014. We are a booking platform, not the performer of the ritual. The pandits are independent practitioners; we verify them, take the booking, handle the payment and stand behind the arrangement. That distinction is set out in full in our Terms & Conditions.

Where we actually work

7 cities across Delhi NCR, and only those. We would rather turn a booking down than take one in a city where no pandit can reach the address before the muhurat:

Some rituals can also be performed online over video, wherever you are. The booking form shows which of them, and what each option costs, before you pay.

How a pandit becomes verified

Every pandit applies through the Pandit Portal and is reviewed by our team before the profile goes live. We check identity and mobile number, and record the sampradaya they follow, the rituals they perform, the languages they speak and the city they serve — because those are what a family is actually choosing on.

Ratings shown on a profile include a starting reputation our team can set for a new pandit, so the card is not blank on day one. Only genuine reviews left by people who booked are published as structured data to search engines — we do not pass off an internal figure as a customer rating.

How booking and payment work

Choose the ritual, the date and time, and whether you want it at home or online. Pay the full amount or a 10% advance and settle the rest at the time of the pooja. Payments go through Razorpay; we never see your card details. The price is shown before you pay and nothing is added afterwards — samagri is listed separately so you know what you are arranging yourself.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered in section 6 of the Terms. If a pandit cannot perform a confirmed booking, you are offered an alternative pandit or a full refund.

The Spiritual Library

Alongside the booking platform we publish a free library of aarti, chalisa, mantra, stotra and scripture, with no account and no paywall. Texts are imported from public-domain and openly licensed sources; every page names its source and its licence at the foot, because an attribution that does not reach the reader is not an attribution. Nothing in the library is presented as our own composition.

The free Kundli and Kundli Milantools use the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa with whole-sign houses — the same basis as the Indian government's calendar — and state their method on the page rather than asking you to take the result on trust.

What we do not claim

Rituals on AaradhyaHub are religious observances. We describe what a ceremony is, when it is traditionally performed and what it means to the families who keep it. We do not present any pooja as medical treatment, as a financial outcome, or as a guarantee of anything — and we ask our pandits to be equally plain with you.
