These terms apply whenever you use AaradhyaHub to find or book a pandit. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.

1. What we do

AaradhyaHub is a platform that connects you with independent pandits who perform poojas and rituals, either at your home or online. The pandit performs the ritual; we provide the platform, take the booking and handle the payment. We are not the performer of the ritual.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your mobile number current — it is how we verify your account and reach you about a booking.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else is using it.
• A verified phone number is required before you can book. If you have added an email address, that must be verified too.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused, or used to abuse or defraud pandits or other users.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and the pandit's slot is reserved. Slots are first come, first served.
• Minimum notice: home visits must be booked at least 4 hours ahead, online poojas at least 1 hour ahead.
• For a home visit you must provide a complete, reachable address. If the pandit cannot reach or access the location at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as completed.
• Please be ready at the scheduled time with any samagri (materials) agreed in advance.
• Durations shown are indicative; the actual length of a ritual can vary.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown before you confirm.
• You may pay the full amount up front, or a 10% advance with the balance payable to the pandit at the time of the pooja.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can also pay from your AaradhyaHub wallet balance.
• Any travel, samagri or additional items not included in the listed price are to be settled with the pandit directly, unless stated otherwise.

5. Wallet

• Your wallet holds a prepaid balance for use on AaradhyaHub bookings. It is not a bank account or deposit, and it earns no interest.
• Wallet balance is not transferable to another user and cannot be exchanged for cash except as part of a refund we approve.
• Our team may credit your wallet (for example to settle a refund) or correct a balance that was credited in error. Every adjustment is recorded with a reason and appears in your wallet history.

6. Cancellations and refunds

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at support@aaradhyahub.com as early as you can, quoting your booking ID.

• Cancellations made well before the scheduled time are normally refunded to your wallet or original payment method.
• Late cancellations, or a no-show at the agreed time and place, may not be refundable, since the pandit has already reserved and travelled for the slot.
• If a pandit cannot perform a confirmed booking, you will be offered an alternative pandit or a full refund.
• Approved refunds to the original payment method are issued through Razorpay and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

7. Pandits

Pandits listed here are independent practitioners whose details we review before approval. We take care in verifying them, but we do not employ them and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any ritual. Concerns about a pandit's conduct should be reported to us and will be investigated.

8. Reviews and conduct

• Reviews should be your genuine experience. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, false, or unrelated to a booking.
• Do not use AaradhyaHub to harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, or attempt to arrange payments outside the platform to avoid fees.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service.

9. Our content

The AaradhyaHub name, logo, site design and written content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you submit — reviews, photos, messages — remains yours, but you give us permission to display it as part of running the service.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep AaradhyaHub available and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continuing to use AaradhyaHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ghaziabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
