Can I book a pooja without choosing a pandit?
Yes. Choose the pooja, the date and time, and how you want it performed, then pay online. Our team assigns a verified pandit who specialises in that ritual and is free for your slot, so you never have to compare priests yourself.
How much do I pay when booking a pooja?
You choose: either a 10% booking advance, with the balance settled at the time of the pooja, or the full amount upfront. You can pay by card, UPI or from your AaradhyaHub wallet.
How long does it take to arrange a pandit?
Most bookings are matched with a pandit within a few hours. You receive an SMS as soon as one is assigned, at which point your booking is confirmed and the pandit's details appear in your booking history.
What if no pandit can be arranged for my slot?
If our team cannot arrange a suitable pandit for your date and time, the booking is cancelled and you are refunded in full to your original payment method.
Can a pooja be performed online instead of at home?
Yes. Choose the online option when booking and the pandit performs the ritual over a video call, guiding you through the sankalp and vidhi from your own home.
